Starting Manager with parameters for server and site

In some cases it might be useful to start Manager with parameters for the server URL and site, eg when setting up predefined icons to start Manager in an RDS or Citrix environment.
Function is available in version 5.1.1 and later
Step-by-step guide
Start Manager using the following commands: Start.exe “http://server/AssertServer” “Site”
When Manager is started using parameters it is not possible to change server address in the Options dialogue.
