Cannot show extended specifications as columns in storage

Problem

Extended specifications are used to define possible columns in a storage, but still showing the column is not possible in the Manager. The specifications defined are not available under show columns menu.

 

Solution

Showing extended specifications is turned off by default due to performance reasons.

  1. To turn on the possibility to show specifications as columns open Options menu.

  2. Select Appearance

  3. Scroll down to Extended repository specification columns and turn it on. Save.

     

  4. Reopen the storage.

Note that this function may impact performance when working with storages.
