New is disabled in storage when trying to create new item

Problem

After update to version 5.3 or later, New option in Storage is disabled and creating new items is not possible.

Solution

Reason why you cannot add a New lite is that you must choose the type first. If All is selected, then when creating new item, system does not know which sub type to create. To avoid mistakes, New is disabled when All is selected. 

Ensure to select a sub type and New becomes available.
