Text in SVG-files scale badly in Chrome

Problem

In some cases there is a problem in zooming svg-files using Chrome. Texts in the svg are not scaled properly when zooming out in svg images. Sometimes hotspots are misplaced.

Solution

Solution is to check the setting for text and text sizes in Chrome and make sure text size is not set to the smallest.
