Publish fails with validation error

Publishing process includes a step where data is validated. What is validated is controlled by a validation settings file. But a few validations are mandatory and cannot be turned off, since such errors may cause serious problems.

To get information on what validation rules are blocking publish follow the below steps:

• Ensure validation is enabled.

• Check that the mandatory validations also are turned on in the validation configuration.

• Run validation from the Tools menu to get a complete validation.

• Solve the validation problems which are mandatory for publish.
