Offline application crash when data is first viewed

Problem

Offline application start but cannot display any information.

Toolbar buttons of the main application window works as expected, synchronization is performed and data is downloaded.

But when the application windows should display data, an error is displayed.

Solution

The solution is to reinstall IIS Express, a Microsoft component, sent as a part of the Offline installation package.

There is no need to reinstall the Offline application, or to synchronize data again. The problem is only in the IIS Express component.

Look in installer package at: Components\Utility\IISExpress_x64.msi for the installation program.

1. Try to reinstall the component first.
2. If an reinstall is not sufficient, remove the application in Control Panel/Programs and Features first - and then install it again.
