Automated imports to web viewer stopped

Problem

Automated file based import of organizations (customers) has stopped. Files put in hot folder are not picked up.

Solution

Service may have to be restarted. 

  1. Find the service under the Services view in Windows
  2. Start or restart the service
  3. Find the log file for the service. The log file is pointed out by the service's configuration file, see here: Setting up automated imports to web viewer
  4. Check the end of the log file for suspected errors. Submit to Signifikant if needed.
