Custom css does not load

Problem

Custom css does not load adn default css is displayed. Configurations in profile.config are not loaded.

Solution

Typically this may happen if profile.config contains errors and cannot be loaded. If profile.config cannot be loaded the custom css will not be known and thus not loaded either.

Verify that profile.config is actually loaded.
In later versions, 4.5.0 and onwards, AssertWeb.log will contain information on errors in profile.config. Earlier versions may contain some information on this too.
Information on which profiles are loaded into the web application will come in the log shortly after application start.

Log in version 4.5.0 and later may look something like below when an error is found. In earlier versions some information may be found.
