Xml import settings can be found in import.config under Xml import section. There are many different settings which can be configured for desired need.

AutohotspotEnabled in Xml Settings

This can accept value true or false. If its not present in the setting by default it will be true. If value is true then import will apply the auto hotspotting function to identify the hotspots in illustration.
