The report generator may have references to fonts, supplied b a customer. To use the fonts, the font files must be installed to Windows on the Signifikant web server. And IIS need to be restarted to find the new font information.
Install fonts
Install font files, logged in as an administrator, for “all users”. Thus the fonts are installed in Windows and made available to all accounts, also the IIS application account running Signifikant.
Restart IIS or reboot
Restart IIS to refresh font information for the IIS process. The font information, else and Pdf reports will not load and use the new fonts.
