The report generator may have references to fonts, supplied b by a customer. To use the fonts, the font files must be installed to Windows on the Signifikant web server. And IIS need to be restarted to find the new font information.

Restart IIS to refresh font information for the IIS process. The Else the font information , else will not be loaded and Pdf reports will not load and use the new fonts.
