Follow the below steps to add links in Manager.
Add a node or a presentation in Manager. On the node or presentation add a reference.
Choose to add a new identity
In the dialogue add the URL in the identity field. Ensure to add "http://". Select type
Url-External for a link which will navigate to the url
Url-Internal for a link which will open in the pane area of Web Viewer
Save the changes and republish.
