Web Viewer installer quits with error 1303 insufficient privileges

Problem

In some cases the installer for the Web Viewer ends with an Error 1302. It may look like the below error message.

Solution

In some cases IIS locks files and folders for some time after previous version was uninstalled. Reset IIS to ensure files are not locked by IIS and restart installation.
