On order page, address contains a drop down with available countries. If desired countries are not available, new countries can be added on the admin section of the web viewer.

Step-by-step guide

To add a new country follow these steps:

  1. Sign in as admin

  2. Go to Administration (choose Administration in the avatar menu)

  3. Choose Settings and then Country.

  4. Click "New country" to add a new country.

  5. In the drop down select the country you wish to add. The country code will be populated automatically. 

  6. If the country you need to add is not present in the list you may select "Others" at the end of the list. In this case the two fields will get editable and the country and it's code can be added.

Imported countries

Note that some client installations will set up country codes automatically based on imported addresses. It is still possible to add new countries in this case, but it is important to verify that the country codes used in this case is accepted by any integrations.

Adding missing countries

If country is missing in drop down for adding a new country it is possible to select country “Other” (typically at the end of the list). When selecting “Other” as country it is possible to manually type country name and country code.
